Friedman 3D Graphic Design/Computer Animation classes begin January 10th, 2005. Classes in computer animation are conducted in Maya 6 and will include modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, effects and more.
The Maya classes begin Monday, January 10th, 2005 and will meet Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm and will run for 20 weeks. Instructor: David Gottlieb
Classes will be conducted for both Beginning and Intermediate levels. Cost is $75 plus a one-time registration fee of $25.

Bradford Animation Festival (BAF) is the U.K.'s largest and longest-running animation festival. The event hosts master classes, seminars, extensive screening programs and special events.
The new CGI Festival will cover both the North and the South, taking place in London and Leeds. The London festival will be at the Business Design Centre from Dec. 7 - 8 and in Leeds at the Royal Armouries Museum from Nov. 9 -10, 2004. The events will feature a major conference and screenings of the best 3D content from around the world and will be developed in close co-operation with the 3D community.

The International Trade Fair for Motion Picture Technology is a bi-annual international meeting point of the film sector. In 2002, 3,127 visitors from 49 countries attended the event. Participation in the film industry's specialist trade fair is expected from the fields of camera and grip technology, production of film stock, lighting and sound, post-production and digital film editing, set decoration and accessories, technical aids, as well as services, institutes, organizations and publishing houses.
