The event returns to Stockholm October 27-November 2, 2023 as an international film festival dedicated to animated films.
REX Animation Film Festival presents animated shorts and feature films from all over the world and includes a rich program of workshops, talks, Q&A sessions, and competitive and non-competitive film programs.
The festival is the only film festival in Sweden dedicated solely to animated films. Initiated by Stockholm's European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in 2015, the festival grows every year and offers a varied and colorful program of animated short and feature films for both adults and young people.
