International Cross-media Animation and Children’s Television Festival rescheduled due to COVID-19 postponement; The Pulicinella Awards remains unchanged.
Established in 1995, Cartoons on the Bay is dedicated to television animation and cross-media. Organized by RAI Publishing, the festival’s purpose is to promote the activities of writers and producers from around the world, providing an opportunity to meet with buyers, distributors, and television producers. The 24th edition will be held in Pescara, Italy from December 3-5, 2020.
The Pulcinella Awards competition will remain unchanged and will follow the process scheduled for April with the works already regularly registered.
