Stop-Motion Exhibit Heads to Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts

‘Animation: Script to Screen’ will feature artists from collaborating studios such as LAIKA, HouseSpecial, ShadowMachine, and Tippett Studio, running from June 20 - 22.

Artists from collaborating studios such as LAIKA, HouseSpecial, ShadowMachine, and Tippett Studio will share their craft and career stories in stop-motion animation at the upcoming Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts from June 20-22.

The featured exhibit “Animation: Script to Screen” is co-curated by the Museum of Stop Motion Animation (MOSMA) and Tiffany Schuster. During the event, attendees can meet animators, see scripts and storyboards, and learn about maquettes and puppet fabrication.

The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is free with a suggested donation. Shuttles will be available. For more information about the other five exhibits being showcased this June, visit the Festival website.
