Virtual event to feature cutting edge, quirky and boundary pushing animation.
Sweaty Eyeballs Animation Festival (SEAF) celebrates the world’s most boundary-pushing, mind-blowing animation. This annual festival is focused on supporting unique, experimental, and diverse voices in the field of animation, with a lean toward off-the-wall humor and energy. Now in its 9th year, the event has joined forces with the Maryland Film Festival to launch the 2nd international festival of animation.
The festival will take place October 23-25, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this year’s edition will be held online. It will include silent animated shorts set to live-streamed musical accompaniment, an international competition of animated shorts, a Baltimore showcase, animator retrospectives, and online workshops.
