Hello! I'm new to the forum, after my professor reccomended it to me. So our current project is a 48 frame animation where a character enters and exits a scene, and I'm hoping to get some feedback from people! I have a feeling the spinning transition might go a bit too quick, but I'm wondering what other people may think?
I am an aspiring videographer and i was wondering what are the tools that will be required to make compelling animation videos like these animations and how long would it take to get to the level where everything flows fluently and naturally.
I am due for a new PC and I was wondering if anybody has any suggestion for a Desktop PC. I don't do a lot of rendering, mainly animating in Maya. Thanks for your help.

I am an Audio Visual installer and have had the pleasure of installing a large video wall in my clients basement. The video wall consists of 48 x 47" televisions so is quite an impressive display! It is driven by a very poweful media server that is capable of up to 3 simultaneous 4K streams being displayed at once by splitting the whole screen layout into 3 x 16:9 sections.

I am a visual artist with little to no experience in animation, however, I have always had an interest in it and wish to get started. I have an idea which involves animating 2D dancers. For the past few weeks I have been playing with the moho trial program, getting familiar with it. I have started to animate a very simple sillouette but I am finding the body turning movement very complicated (not that I expected it to be easy).
Alongside our award-winning JUDGES, and affiliated Production Companies, Managers and Agents, Shore Scripts has now been joined by 29 amazing DIRECTORS from the worlds of film and television who will be reading the best screenplays entered in to 2018's contest, with a view to future projects.

MARUI-PlugIn is challenging all Maya users to create a model in VR using the MARUI VR plug-in software. The winner will be invited to visit our headquarters in Osaka, Japan for one full week. The contest will be starting on August 17th until August 31st. During these two weeks, participants need to create their own 3D masterwork with Maya and MARUI.
