Rick and Morty: The Anime will be available to own April 29 on Blu-ray and DVD. The 10-episode Japanese adult anime series from visionary director Takashi Sano follows Rick, Morty, and the rest of the Smith family in a new intergalactic adventure.
In the series, Rick relaxes in a pseudo-world between multiverses, Summer helps Space Beth fight the evil Galactic Federation, and Morty falls in love with a mysterious girl who happens to be an atemporal being.
The Japanese and English voice actors include Youhei Tadano and Joe Daniels as Rick, Keisuke Chiba and Gabriel Regojo as Morty, Akiha Matsui and Donna Bella Litton as Summer, Manabu Muraji and Joe Daniels as Jerry, and Takako Fuji and Patricia Duran as Beth.
The series is written and directed by Sano and produced for Adult Swim by Sola Entertainment with Jason Demarco and Joseph Chou serving as executive producers.
Rick and Morty: The Anime is streaming on Adult Swim and Max now, and is available for preorder on Blu-ray and DVD.
