Game heroes run into plenty of familiar faces as the sequel takes them to the world wide web.
In ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2,’ Sarah Silverman’s Vanellope von Schweetz runs into the Disney princesses, voiced by Auli‘i Cravalho (Moana), Kristen Bell (Anna in Frozen), Idina Menzel (Elsa in Frozen), Kelly MacDonald (Merida in Brave), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in Tangled), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana in The Princess and the Frog), Ming-Na Wen (Mulan), Irene Bedard (Pocahontas), Linda Larkin (Jasmine in Aladdin), Paige O’Hara (Belle in Beauty and the Beast) and Jodi Benson (Ariel in The Little Mermaid).
Disney has released a new trailer and new images from its upcoming animated feature Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2.
Here’s how the studio describes the feature, due in theaters Nov. 21: Video game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) navigate the vast and dynamic world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s game, Sugar Rush.
The voice cast also includes Taraji P. Henson, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Alan Tudyk. Rich Moore and Phil Johnston direct the movie, and Clark Spencer produces.
