UPA Screening

ASIFA-Hollywood presents a rare showing of classic UPA (United Productions of America) cartoons on the big screen - TELL TALE HEART, ROOTY TOOT TOOT, HOW NOW McBOING BOING and others in 35mm - with special guest Tee Bosustow who will discuss the studio his father ran in the 1950s, with video interviews with Steve Bosustow, Dave Hilberman, Jules Engel and others. The screening will be held at The American Film Institute, Ted Ashley/Warner Bros. Screening Room, 2021 N. Western Ave., Hollywood, California. The 3:00 pm event is free for ASIFA members and $10 for non-members.
