As part of its "Toons Gone Wild!" series, the Two Boots Pioneer Theatre will be screening vintage "golden age" cartoons that are rarely shown anywhere. Many have not been shown on TV since the 1950s and are unlikely to be ever be available on DVD. A special ToonTalk will follow immediately after each screening. At 10:00 pm, "World War II Cartoons" will screen films where cartoon characters fight fascism abroad and fifth columnists on the home front while waving the red, white, and blue.
