Hi everyone.
I want to create an animated film from my drawings, both on paper and in GIMP, which I have created for this purpose. What is the best program (hopefully free) for this? I am willing to draw all 24/frames/sec, however I would like to find a tweening program that can handle more or less realistic drawings of the human figure.

I went and saw the new Mario Movie by Illumination. I thought the movie was alright in a general sense as a new big animated project trying to appeal to a young demographic. The animation was good but still had that same feeling of being another illumination feeling, taking away from the movie having its own identity and making it feel more of a marketable product than a project coming from the passion of the creators. In the story it feels like the characters aren't going through any change even though the plot is moving forward.
