USA Network will air a series of customized vignettes from Universal Pictures' upcoming LAND OF THE LOST, per COMINGSOON.net.

The spots will use footage from the film, and debut as part of the network's "Character Uncovered" branding initiative.

The series of 30 to 40 second vignettes will show star Will Ferrell as he takes viewers through Q&As and anecdotes about his LAND OF THE LOST character, discredited scientist Rick Marshall. The spots will show three of the film's themes: dinosaurs, the slow-moving reptiles known as Sleestak and paleontology.

Oxford, 30 April 2009. Leading independent producer Novel Entertainment has secured its first radio commission, producing a brand new children's show ROCKIT'S POCKET for CBeebies Radio (BBC Radio 7) new daily children's breakfast show.

Currently in production, the 21 x 10-minute show will star Rockity blue tree frog, Rockit, who became a firm favourite with his pre-school audience when he appeared alongside Roly Mo in the hit CBeebies television series FIMBLES and THE ROLY MO SHOW.

ABC will launch an early marketing campaign for new sci-fi show FLASH FORWARD, starting with LOST's 100th episode next week, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER's The Live Feed.

The mysterious spots during commercial breaks will direct viewers to a web site, but will be for FLASH FORWARD, even though the network has not yet picked up the show officially.

Independent production company Calon TV has been commissioned to produce a comedy puppet talent show for the BBC's children's network CBBC.

New independent production company, Everything Works, has been commissioned by Anne Gilchrist, Controller of CBBC to produce its first ever show.

Premiering on CBBC and BBC1 on March 30, the comedy show sees crazy animated monsters interacting with the real world in a series of 20 x 2 minute sketches.

STREET MONSTERS is a comedy sketch show with a difference. It stars an outrageous cast of monsters who wreak havoc on live-action streets. It's laugh-out-loud funny, silly, edgy, chaotic and totally and utterly unique.
