Bleach: Season Four Box Set Part 1

At any rate, the monstrous popularity of Bleach overshadowed, and continues to overshadow, the mediocrity of the Bount. No matter how many complaints you can hurl, the Bount cycle did not deviate from the essential Bleach aesthetic: the deep bonds of friendship and a never-ending chain of bankai wielding battles.

Review: The Princess and the Frog

As you probably know, The Princess and the Frog is Disney’s first 2D effort in five years. It took John Lasseter, a Pixar guy who now runs all of Disney animation to get the studio to return to its 2D roots. Lasseter and company knew they had to hit a home run to make people care about hand-drawn animation again. Hey, it’s a Disney movie – there’s gotta be a happy ending, right? Damn straight – a happy ending to both the movie and the studio’s mission to show the world 2D’s still got the goods.

CTN Animation Expo: The Saturday Experience

The CTN Animation Expo is a new animation event based at the Burbank Convention Center in California. The Expo is mixed with traditional artist, computer artists, schools, software companies, book publishers, Women in Animation and ASIFA, recruiters from well established companies, and several other animation related companies.

CTN-X: A Real Animation Conference in the U.S.

CTN-X kicked off its first edition on Friday. Nov. 20th, bringing a new animation conference to Los Angeles. In it's first year, the event had quickly outgrown its home at the Burbank Convention Center with attendees lined up to attend various standing-room only panels.
