Based on the tabletop role-playing streaming series ‘Dimension 20,’ the webcomic will join the platform’s Spring 2025 lineup.
WEBTOON Entertainment has teamed with the comedy streaming platform Dropout, for “Fantasy High,” a webcomic based on Dimension 20, the tabletop role-playing streaming series. The project is set to debut on the WEBTOON platform in Spring 2025.
Helmed by actor, comedian, and charismatic Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan, Dimension 20 has built a passionate fanbase with its unique blend of high fantasy, live performances, and an atmosphere inspired by 80’s teen classics. “Fantasy High” aims to capture the humor, drama, and heart that have made the webseries a cult phenomenon across 61 episodes.
“Fantasy High” follows a group of misfit teens as they navigate the high-stakes drama of high school and the perils of a magical world. When students at their school mysteriously go missing, the ragtag group bands together to uncover a sinister plot, embarking on an unforgettable adventure filled with intrigue, humor, and heartfelt moments.
“Just like the most compelling comic storytelling, tabletop role-playing games offer incredibly rich worlds, dynamic characters, and boundless creativity,” said David S. Lee, Head of US at WEBTOON Entertainment. "We’re thrilled to bring Dimension 20’s magic, humor, and adventure to WEBTOON, delivering immersive world-building and a visual experience fans will love.”
