ABC Studios and FOX are teaming up on a TV version of THE PUNISHER, reports Variety. Ed Bernero will exec produce what is being worked as an hour-long procedural following NYPD detective Frank Castle waging his vigilante war against criminals that have slipped through the system.
Bernero is a former cop who co-created the series THIRD WATCH and exec produced CRIMINAL MINDS.
