Bob Bergen, a well-known actor in the voice-over world, is reprising his sparkling one-man show, NOT JUST ANOTHER PRETTY VOICE. The show, which was ADA nominated for best solo show in its previous successful three month run in Los Angeles, plays every Wednesday night at 8:00 pm from April 25-May 30 at The Stella Adler Theater in Hollywood.
NOT JUST ANOTHER PRETTY VOICE has been refreshed with new stories and tales of Bergen's rise in the voice-over world, which started when he announced to his parents at the age of five that he wanted to be Porky Pig, to years later when he achieved that goal. The stories between these two events are an inspirational, motivational and comedic look at Bergen's sojourn.
Bergen, who produces, co-wrote and stars in NOT JUST A PRETTY VOICE can be heard in hundreds of commercials, cartoons, TV shows and movies. He's an Annie Award nominee for playing Porky/Eager Young Space Cadet in the twice Emmy nominated series. DUCK DODGERS. He was heard as Porky Pig, Tweety and Speedy Gonzales in the 2006 WB holiday film, BAH, HUMDUCK, and plays Bucky in Disney's animated series, THE EMPEROR'S NEW SCHOOL. He recently reprised his role of Comet in Disney's THE SANTA CLAUSE 3.
