Women of Color Productions presents Through Her Eyes: Women of Color Film Festival 2004. The event showcases films and videos written by and/or about women of color -- African American, Native American, Asian, Latina, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Brazilian, Portuguese, Aborigine, East Indian and African. The festival accepts feature films, short films, documentary films, human rights films, narrative films, experimental films, hip-hop films /videos, animation films, children films, works-in-progress and screenplays. All films accepted into the festival will be submitted into the Best Works Awards. All films and videos must be submitted on NTSC VHS Videotapes. If film and/or video is selected, it will be screened on 35mm, 16mm, Digital DVD, or Video Beta SP. The early deadline is March 31, 2004.
