More than 230 worldwide entries and 30,000 attendees attracted each time, Taiwan International Children's TV and Film Festival, a biannual international TV and film festival created for children in Taiwan since 2004, is now sincerely welcoming and encouraging filmmakers from around the world to submit entries to the festival's competition.
