Animation Nation (or Singapore Animation Festival), part of the Asia Media Festival this year, is looking for animated shorts to feature it its programme. The shorts can be from Singapore or outside of SG. The festival runs from Nov 17th to 23rd and will animated feaures and shorts from all around the world.
Animation Nation is organised by the Singapore Film Society, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting film as art and entertainment.
Submissions
1. Eligibility
Animation Nation accepts animation in the categories of features films and short films. 35mm, 16mm, Betacam (PAL), Digital Betacam, Digital Video and DVD are acceptable. All films and videos must be subtitled in English.
2. Submission RegulationAll film submissions for shortlisting must be postmarked by Sept 30th at the latest. There is no entry fee. All films must be submitted on VHS (PAL or NTSC), VCD or on DVD format for the selection. All non-English language films must be subtitled in English. Send a copy of the film along with the information below (No form for the information is available). All the submission material will not be returned unless the person submitting is responsible for return delivery charges.
