Following the success of its first Digital Cartoon Competition, SICAF and Seoul Animation Center is launching its second competition as an international event. The SICAF International Digital Cartoon Competition aims to contribute to the promotion of cartoons in terms of its technical base as well as its creative and artistic aspects.
