Festival returns June 21 with a First Day of Summer showcase featuring new work from noted event alumni.
This June 21st, start the first day of summer with old friends at Animation Block Party. The Brooklyn festival will return early in 2019 for a special First Day of Summer Alumni showcase with Rooftop Films.
The exclusive Animation Block Alumni event will give fans a fresh taste of new works from some of the festival’s keynote alumni, including new animated pilots, cartoon studio shorts and much more. Information about submissions and event updates are available on the Animation Block festival website.
Rooftop Films is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire diverse communities by showcasing emerging filmmakers in outdoor locations, and they have worked with Animation Block Party since 2006.
