The story centers on Cog, a supermarket-worker rat with a golden voice. When he is rejected from a talent contest, he dresses up as a cute mouse and wins, but risks being revealed as a rat.
Nexus Prods.' Charlotte Bavasso and Christopher O'Reilly are producing. O'Reilly devised the story and the studio is now seeking a screenwriter.
Nexus is working on a combination of model backgrounds and CG characters for the film's style.
