Unified Pictures is starting development on the CG-animated feature NOAH'S ARK, hiring THE PRINCE OF EGYPT writer Philip LaZebnik to pen the script, reports VARIETY. The $35 million feature will be animated by ElectroAge.
The story looks at the Biblical tale from the perspective of the animals. The studio hopes to have the film completed in two years.
LaZebnik's other credits include MULAN and POCAHONTAS.
