Oscar Nominee ‘Song of the Sea’ Now Available on Blu-ray

Oscar-nominated animated feature from Cartoon Saloon and ‘The Secret of Kells’ director Tomm Moore is now available on Blu-ray and DVD.

Academy Award nominee for Best Animated Feature, Song of the Sea transports viewers into an enchanted world of Irish folklore and establishes director Tomm Moore in the pantheon of the world's greatest working animators. Featuring stunning visuals and gorgeous watercolors created at award-winning animation studio Cartoon Saloon, this magical film is now available to own on DVD and Blu-ray Combo Pack, Digital HD and On Demand, from GKIDS and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

Based on the Irish legend of the Selkies, Song of the Sea tells the story of the last seal-child, Saoirse, and her brother Ben, who go on an epic journey to save the world of magic and discover secrets of their past. Pursued by the owl witch, Macha, and a host of ancient and mythical creatures, Saoirse and Ben race against time to awaken Saoirse's powers and keep the spirit world from disappearing forever.

The Blu-ray Combo Pack includes a Blu-ray, DVD and DIGITAL HD with Ultraviolet.
