Ralph Fiennes is in talks to join JAMES BOND 23, reports Mail Online. He would join Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and possibly Javier Bardem. Fiennes' role is described as "darkly complex." Sam Mendes is directing the film, which will pick up where QUANTUM OF SOLACE left off.
