Yeah, good post, I stand behind it. Even though I still strongly favour classical animation and Cartoon Brew isn't all wrong about the blandification of preproduction material, what really gets on my nerves is how easily the defenders of 2D join the self-proclaimed animation elitists in categorically condemning all animation produced after the 60s.
