I am a 2d Flash animator and making a 20 min flash animation and would like to know:
1. What does a 20 min Flash animation costs in indian market? and what is the selling price for the same?
2. Can a flash animation could be sold to the TV channels? and who else could be a buyer?
3. What is the actual procedure for selling a flash animation regarding "copyrights,broadcasting right,royalty basis" plz also explain the difference between them?
4. what is the normal dimensions for the frame"width and length"....PIXELS for the flash animation when it is to be used for the TV channels.
5. What sould be the file format of the Flash animation so that it become compatible with the TV channels, (as what we make usually is in .swf format(flash animation)).

the questions you ask have been answered on this forum and i would suggest you do a search with keywords for the answers you seek.

Very open ended. i don't see just a 20 mins animation selling anywhere on its own. the cost is again something very open ended depending on which studio with what infrastructure you go to. to say nothing of quality.
2. Can a flash animation could be sold to the TV channels? and who else could be a buyer?
there are no buyers, other than broadcasters and in some case aggregators who collect content and resell it to broadcasters.

get everything registered with the writing body, the copyright process locally, the royalty and stuff is business negotiation and depends on what you can get IF you sell the stuff.

720x576 is what i have worked in.

you cant send them an swf, there are quite a few processes that happen before something goes on tv. you will have to put in post, get the final sound mixed in correctly, do colour correction (all this is best done with a .TGA sequence or .PNG sequence) laid out on something like After Effects and then Premiere. Then you take the completed master and get it on a Digibeta tape which is what most tv channels prefer nowadays.
