All I have to do now is work out how to import an image here, all mine appear to be to large and being a complete novice I'm not sure how to reduce the original size to fit, any ideas welcome!!

Photobucket is a good place to store pics if you need one. Then just put in the img tag in your message. I find that 400 x 600 px is a good place to start for sizing.
