Two friendly tips towards achieving the best response possible...
1.) Change the splash image on your home page. It looks like you're prepared to devour anyone who might try to help you. :D Some artwork from the project you're recruiting for would be ideal, from the standpoint of giving folks an idea about what they're getting into.
2.) Once you've taken care of that, list your project in The Animation Co-op's online project database (http://www.animationcoop.org/projects.htm). Notification will go out to our exclusive mailing list of over 700 independent artists and industry professionals.
