Hello everyone,
Summer's over. Time to dig in on those indie projects before the holidays arrive and destroy your mo! :-)
Here's the latest Co-op stuff.

"Our World" Steps Out Into The World
Co-op member Larry Lauria writes:
"Currently I am finishing a film, OUR WORLD. It is an international co-production and will premiere in Cologne, Germany at the Ludwig Museum on Oct. 7th, 2005. The production involves animators from the Internationale FilmSchule in Cologne, myself and animator Jared Chapman in Austin, Texas. The film begins with Henri, a French art student who creates the world. Then it's a sort of animation relay - everyone has to begin and end with the world in the same place... I have created the opening and then 4 other sequences: one about today's heroes, a terrorist, sports, and music. Other sequences include aspects of evolution and an interstellar home shopping network. I have to mention that Kent Braun at Digicel (makers of Flipbook) has come up big time as a corporate sponsor. Kent has been so helpful with every aspect of Flipbook and has contributed greatly to the film's production. That's all I have for now. I am in pre-production on my next film, CROSSING THE LINE."
Good luck, Larry! You might want to have Jared drop a line to Evan Cagle, sponsor of the Co-op's Austin chapter, and see if they can arrange for a screening in that region. :-) K&M
