Short animation pricing?

as far as price goes it depends on whether your doing limited animation or not.Limited Animation is re-used for instance if i want my character to talk all i have to do is draw a picture or the character and instead of re-drawing the mouth's and body's again i simply draw the mouth again.This looks neater but can look cheap if not done well.I dont know if limited would work for you just because its only usefull if you have something on the screen that isnt supposed to move.If you have something in the animation that doesnt move then i can at least use limited on part of the animation.

if i dont use limited thats 108-216 drawings at 24fps shot on two's.I could easily work at 24fps and shoot my drawings on three's instead.If i did this i wouldnt have to make so many drawings and while technically the animation is choppy-er its not noticible in fact most animes run a 8fps.

I use a traditional and computer hybrid.I draw and ink all by hand but then i scan the drawings in and use my computer for editing,digital coloring,and watching.This is the same process they used to make virtually all hand drawn cartoons now including family guy,camp lazzlo,my life as a teenage robot,and kim possible.

Im only 14 and ill be honest im not the most experiensed fellow here but i am a perfectionist of sorts and would not let your animation be of bad quality.My only animated work of intrest is located here http://media.putfile.com/4729 .I made this 8 days ago lol.Keep in mind that this was really my first animation with lip sych and i used a lot of processes in this cartoon i hadnt used before.This also means i have learned alot from this carton and now no how to fix most of the mistakes in the cartooon which means your cartoon woud be better than this one.
