Holey Talking Tiki's!!!!! :D

19MB mpg file

http://www.erichedman.com/video/tiki/TOThemeWebVideo.mpg

Made with:

a laptop,
RoboWare 2.0 software,
a servo controller card,
power supply,
3 servos,
PVC sheeting turned into a lattice for the skull,
polyfoam for the face and front of mouth,
florist spray color
different sized plastic balls for the eyes.
RC plane pushrods
Computer sound system speakers, replace with a BOSE portable system set on AUX.
RC care and Plane and Helicopter Bearings.

All set on the front of a steel and PVC pipe and fabric tiki hut made to win the Tiki Oasis 5 "best booth" competition.....which it did. :D

All this is an object example of how curiosity can lead to something new happening...and new skills. I didn't know how to do any of this before I started. This is something I see as the ideals of the CoOp. :D
Which I support wholeheartedly.

Really impressive. Just like in conventional animation, matching great voice talent to the character helps immensely to create a feeling of life and realism, and you've got all the elements here. I am proud and inspired that you gave that the dedication you did.

Thanks. :)
It means a lot for you to have called out the content. :)
I put a lot of effort into it.
As I process more video I will add more links.
I have 3 other animated sections that this guy performed. Mostly quips and bad jokes and sales barking. :D

Thanks again.

Makes me feel like I might be able to get a job when I start looking again in earnest, and that is so very much appreciated. :D
