Tips for Professional Showreel..?

Hello Artists, iam a Multimedia Professional specialising in 3D graphics,striving to Breakin CG industry.I have been working on 3ds max (Modeling & Texturing),but was unable to find that Particular Tutorials to work on,to make that Perfect showreel. All you guys working in Animation studios,plz.forward me the links,tips,comments for making that impressive showreel to get an Entry in Reputated Studios.. Plz.help me.
