List of Colleges

Hi, people!
I wanna know what the most recommended colleges of animation and what are state colleges and what are private colleges. For exmple, Calarts is private or state college?

Check out the "FAQ for students and grads" thread in the Animation Cafe forum. It doesn't have the break down of private versus public, but it has a list of most of the best schools. Do a little leg work yourself and find out which ones are private and public. You will proabably find out a lot more about the schools themselves and you will have a better idea of where you will want to go. Animation is hard work. Get started now. Good Luck.
