Looking for short stories

Hi

We are very much interested to receive a shot stories and screen play for Animation short films say about 10 to 15mts...The story should be globally receivable. I mean, it should reach all the audience across the globe and it should carry the scope to create interesting characters to attract children more and why not adults also.

If anybody knows how to source these types of stories available at no cost...I would be please to get advice from you.
