Hello.
I bought the new DVD Mickey's (in CG) TWICE UPON A CHRISTMAS.
Interesting animation - a brand of TV.
Seems as though it was made like most TV programs...
There were two sheet timers (directors who time out the exposure sheets so others can animate) -usually OVERSEAS!!!!
Most of the production credits were:
Korean and French...

Completely forgot about those timing sheets :D
As far as I know nobody used them. I know I didn't.
Blur did 3 of the shorts -Belles on Ice, Donalds Gift and Doggone Christmas. Sparx in Paris (together with their satelite studio in Vietnam) did the other two.
