We just started our website Wagging Tongues and are looking for some Flash animators who don't have their own website to display their work. The guidlines and rules are on the website under Films/5 minutes of funny. This is non-paying, no fees attached, no spam or other internet evils. We help young (young being a relative term) artists get their work some exposure and they help us with content. That's it.
