After launching February 13, the programming block airs classic episodes of ‘Fate/stay night’ (‘Unlimited Blade Works’) and ‘My Hero Academia’ (Season 1-2).
AXS TV has partnered with Los Angeles-based anime company Azuki for “Anime.com Hour,” which premiered February 13. The programming block spotlights episodes of Fate/stay night (Unlimited Blade Works) and My Hero Academia [Season 1-2].
The hour kicked off with Fate/stay night (Unlimited Blade Works). Featuring CGI effects and traditional animation techniques by studio ufotable, the series follows the young aspiring mage Shirou Emiya as he is drawn into a secret ritual competition called the Holy Grail War. There, he must compete against fellow mages as they command legendary heroes from across history in a deadly battle royale. Broadcast in English, the series features the talents of accomplished voice actors Bryce Papenbrook, Mela Lee, and Kari Wahlgren, among others.
On February 20, “Anime.com Hour” will feature My Hero Academia, which details a young boy’s desperate quest to become a superhero, which takes him to a colorful academy. Broadcast in English, the anime features the voice talents of Justin Briner, Clifford Chapin, Luci Christian, and David Matranga.
