AAA Screenplay Contest gives away over $8,000 in cash and access to more than 350 companies, plus two TV prizes (one for sitcoms, the other for one-hour dramatic) this year, and four CS Genre Fellowships have been created to find promising writers and offer them the guidance of a CREATIVE SCREENWRITING mentor to help them take their work to the next level. These special fellowships will be awarded in the Drama, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Thriller/Horror and Comedy genres.
Entry fee is $40 for features, $30 for teleplays. Quarterfinalists will be notified and posted on the website by Sept. 15. Semifinalists will be notified and posted on the website by Oct. 1. Finalists will be announced by Oct. 15, and the winner will be chosen no later than Nov. 1.
