This workshop will explore elements required to createa comic strip. Working materials, cartooning styles,and storytelling will be discussed. Cost: 350 + GST.
Starting May 27, 2002, Mondays, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Prerequisite: Some drawing and cartooning ability is required.
Your instructor Philip Street is an accomplishedfreelance animator and cartonist whose comic strip"Fisher" is published daily in the Globe & Mail. He hasalso completed an independent animated film.
