...is suicidal! Well, only if concentrating on lip-synch.

This isn't the kind of animation I want to be doing all my life (not enough movement going on), but I'm proud of the synch. Oh, the amount of times I had to render this just to get the characters to time with music..! >_<
Please let me know what you think, though it is very short.
Your timing and synch are ok, but you need to adjust the size of your presentation. You are presenting it larger than you rendered it and it's pixelated and jaggy. And I am not talking about the full screen size. I wasn't going to wait for it to download too. If you created this in Flash why not present it on the web in Flash, that way in vector you don't have to worry about the jaggies.

Yeah Google Video automatically stretches it to that size, nothing I can do about it.
And yes the movie is made in Flash, but post edited in After Effects as a QT movie.
Thanks for the comment. :)
Try YouTube. It's a lot better for stuff like this.
James
Actually, I tried YouTube first! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xOKiNOsk88
But the music was playing out of synch for some reason. :(
Way to go with the lip synch. ;)
Just as a note, I can imagine how lip synching mouths to a different language may seem tough, but if taken one frame and sound at a time, it's mainly about matching up the mouth with the sound (Ah, oh, ee, t, m, oo and f mouths), regardless of what's being said. But yeah, it probably goes faster if you know what is being said with a solid grasp of the language, allowing you to anticipate the next sound...
