Are there any student illustrators out there looking to earn some money.
Looking for an animation, solid colours style, that would be suitable for children - skills in illustrator photoshop etc.
Paid per piece of work - email Mark: cheshireinteriors@tiscali.co.uk
will need to see samples of work.
But why students only? I imagine I know the answer, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt before voicing my assumptions.

It's gotta be one of the following reasons:
[list=1]
[*]He needs someone drastically underqualified.
[*]He wants to pay intern wages.

Hey no fair guessing!
I wonder if 'exposure to n people or markets' is one of the perks. And again, why wouldn't professionals want exposure, too?
n = an irrationally large number, usually expressed in thousands in the case of people, and hundreds in the case of markets, representing a large group of people that will in all likelihood never see the finished product

well atleast he offered to pay. if he is paying student wages, chances are he is getting student work. which in my opinion is a fare trade.
just like artists need to start somewhere so do businesses.
i thnk its unfair that everyone here jumps on someone making an offer...
Hey, I was sincere in my comments. I'm glad to see someone showed up with cash and willing to spend it to get the art so many others think they can finagle for free.
The guy can hire whoever he wants to, at whatever rate he and the artist agree on. That's how business works.
Are we so jaded now that we have to attack a guy who's actually doing the right thing?
Very true. My apologies. We all need to start somewhere and this may be a golden opportunity for some lucky students. Just be wary of people looking for something for nothing and not wanting to pay for what they are getting, like relatives and friends asking film students to shoot their wedding video for them, tacky.

Welcome roomanu. You are that rarest breed of people with projects; one that's actually willing to pay an artist for his or her work, instead of "compensating" them with "exposure and a great demo reel piece".
Glad to have you here!
