2d or 3d Animator needed for RPG!

Hi, I'm Diegoale2000, Creator of "Dreams: Essences of Life" a 2d RPG that's a challenge in the way that it's made to differ from most non-profit RPGs.
To Show what I mean, here are the features:

The game features:

-Experienced Voice Actors for The 8 main Characters, 3 Main antagonists and the various important secondary characters.

-3d Rendered backgrounds & Charatcers.

-Professional Artists Creating the Characters portraits.

-Up to 8 Characters at the same time, having 2 Parties that can be easily managed and changed.

-Technique System, With 20+ Types of techniques, Each Learned and mastered in different ways.

-In-Battle Voice acting, The battles get deeper as the characters talk in important battles, Also They Talk when they attack, or cast a spell!

-Story that begins as a simple RpG story but then takes a huge twist that adds depth, romance, War, religion and mixes them together. "WoW" is an exact Quote from the writer that double checked the story.

-Weather effects, Such as snow, Rain, Even Thunder & lightning.

-Combine System: Techniques can be combined in the middle of battle to creat completely custom, one of a kind magic that Doubles, or even triples the Damage amount.

-Original Theme Song: one of the game's most important scenes has a song that's sung by one of the voice actors! completely original!

-And More!

Well, Anyways...That's enough for the features...

What I'm looking for is a 3d Animator to Create the game's Cutscenes,the style can be realistic anime-ish (imagine Final Fantasy Cutscenes)

if 3d I can get the 3d Models created.

The Animations Should have Conversations, and if needed all the sound file will be given to you...You don not have to worry about adding the music or anything as I have High Quality Video editing software, and as long as the animations are in AVI I can edit them easily.
