At last week’s CinemaCon, the studio unveiled its theatrical calendar for highly anticipated features from Pixar, Marvel, and 20th Century Studios, and offered an early look at some scenes.
VFX supervisors Sebastian von Overheidt and Benoit De Longlee delivered 739 shots, including a 90-second sequence of heroes Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer falling from a C-17 cargo plane flying over the South China Sea, in Ruben Fleischer’s action-adventure adaptation of the Naughty Dog videogame franchise.
Sony’s ‘Uncharted’ will feature Tom Holland as the sarcastic and sexy Nathan Drake, alongside the ‘Ted’ star as gruff and tumble Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan, in theaters December 2020.
