The July issue of Animation World Magazine is going to feature Comics. As a special bonus, we are asking you to submit your comic strips for possible publication in the magazine. All you need to do is send us your comic, either a series of panels or one drawing, either colored or black and white, via email or post. Also include a short bio about yourself as we will publish this alongside your strip if it is selected. If you are sending the comic via email send it to heather@awn.com and put "Comic Strip Submission" in the subject line. If you send your work in through the post just mark it "Attn: Comic Book Submission, c/o AWN." Acceptable hard copy formats are prints, 35mm slides or transparencies. Acceptable digital formats are 72 dpi JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PICT or Photoshop file, sent by email attachment or on disk. Each image file should be no larger than 1 Mb in size. We will not return materials. If your comic is selected we will contact you prior to publication. So send in your funnies! We want to laugh!
