During the show’s panel earlier today at San Diego Comic-Con International, showrunners Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland offered up a taste of the hit series’ upcoming season with a rough clip showing an altered Rick (is that a cockroach?) trying to escape a laboratory swarming with violent rats. Rick, a full-fledged genius, fashions a weaponized suit of armor from the body of a rat and a few other miscellaneous odds and ends, and jumps into wholesale slaughter mode, Purge-style:
