Universal and its parent Comcast recently announced they would offer the Brett Ratner action comedy to Comcast subscribers in the Atlanta and Portland areas for $59.99. This would come over the Thanksgiving weekend for a film that opens on Nov. 4. Ratner, who is apposed to PVOD, had no say in the decision.
