Two films from the National Film Board of Canada were among the winners of the 23rd International Short Film Festival Berlin. Claude Cloutier's ISABELLE AU BOIS DORMANT/SLEEPING BETTY received the prize for Best Animation, while Chris Lavisand's MADAME TUTLI-PUTLI was awarded a Special Mention in the Best Short Fiction category.
