After surprising some with a second season order, Joss Whedon's low-rated DOLLHOUSE has been cancelled, reports VARIETY. FOX had previously pulled the series from its Friday lineup for sweeps. It will return to burn off its final nine episodes on Dec. 4th. Creator Whedon does promise fans that the final episode of the season will serve as a suitable finale.
