Tomorrow, October 30th, the Warner Archive Collection is releasing Bugs Bunny Superstar, the 1975 Looney Tunes documentary,on DVD.
Animator Robert Clampett presents a history of "Termite Terrace," the little shack on the Warner Brothers studio lot which in the 1930's and 1940's housed the animation unit which gave birth to Porky Pig, Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny.
Bugs Bunny Superstar features interviews with Termite Terrace residents Bob Clampett, Friz Freleng and Tex Avery along with nine complete cartoons that are prime examples of a legendary animation studio's highly artful and highly hilarious output.
